    Short Description

    The foucs ultrasonic nozzle is an ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with a smaller spray width. It adopts ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology and a special contraction flow channel design to evenly distribute the carrier gas, so that the ultrasonic atomized liquid mist is in the form of concentrated spray, thereby reducing the spray area of ​​the ultrasonic nozzle. Due to the small spray width of the centralized ultrasonic nozzle, it is mainly suitable for various small and medium-sized spraying applications. It complements the Funsonic wide-width spraying ultrasonic nozzle and can be applied to almost all different flat spraying requirements.

    Application

    Typical applications include fuel cell spraying, i.e. membrane electrode spraying in proton exchange membrane fuel cells, where a catalyst (e.g. platinum-carbon catalyst) dispersion is ultrasonically atomized and sprayed onto a proton exchange membrane to form a uniform and dense membrane electrode. Since the focus ultrasonic nozzle has the advantages of coalescing and concentrated spraying, it can be used for precision spraying of small areas. Therefore, the focus ultrasonic atomizing nozzle can also be used for spraying on the surface of interventional medical devices such as balloon catheters and drug-eluting stents. In addition, the focus ultrasonic nozzle can also be used for thin-film solar cell coatings, perovskite solar cell coatings, PCB flux coatings and other applications.
