    Short Description

    The FSLAB03 series ultrasonic constant current system consists of a controller and an injection pump filling unit. The controller adopts a 4.3-inch industrial true color LCD display, which has an imported keyboard and the ability to change the filling amount online.

    Ultrasonic constant flow injection pump, focusing on the transmission and distribution of "micro upgraded" liquids. By controlling a set of alternating "extraction injection" execution units and cooperating with a directional valve, the "constant flow injection" function is achieved, which not only preserves the transmission accuracy of the microinjection pump, but also realizes the "uninterrupted transmission" of the liquid.

    Principle

    Ultrasonic dispersion system will transform the liquid into a dispersed state, that is, fine or ultrafine ultrasonic grinding of solids or fluids due to the ultrasonic vibration effect. Grinding solid particles suspended in liquid or simply destroying metal or stone type solids and viscous substances immersed in liquid requires a way, as the destruction of strong substances requires shock waves generated by the rupture of cavitation bubbles. Due to the particularity of the ultrasonic field generated in liquid media, ultrasonic dispersion provides highly dispersed, uniform, and chemically pure suspensions (particle size less than 1 μ m).
