    Short Description

    Ultrasonic rubber cutting knife is a special tool that uses the principle of ultrasonic vibration to cut elastic materials such as rubber. Ultrasonic cutting knives use high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to produce high-frequency cutting on rubber surfaces, achieving fast, smooth, and burr free cutting effects. Ultrasonic cutting belongs to low-temperature cutting and does not generate significant frictional heat, which can avoid deformation or burning of rubber materials during the cutting process. Ultrasonic vibration makes the cutting surface smooth and flat, enabling high-precision size control. Ultrasonic cutting can be used to cut rubber products of various hardness and thickness, such as tires, seals, gaskets, etc.

    Advantages 

    ● High stability: When the ultrasonic generator is working, it will generate electromagnetic vibration, which will be converted into mechanical vibration and transmitted to the cutting knife and the cutting material. Because of mechanical cutting, sharp cutting edges are not required, and the blade wear is small, and the cutter head can be replaced by itself at the same time.

    ● Safety and environmental protection: When cutting with an ultrasonic knife, the temperature of the cutter head is less than 50 degrees Celsius, and no smoke and odor will be generated, eliminating the risk of injury and fire during cutting.

    ● Cleanly cut: Since the ultrasonic wave is cut by high-frequency vibration, the material will not adhere to the surface of the blade, only a small pressure is required when cutting, and fragile and soft materials will not be deformed and worn, and the cloth is cut and sealed automatically. It will not cause fragmentation.

    ● Simple operation: The cutting knife is connected to the ultrasonic generator, the generator is connected to a 220V power supply, and the switch can be cut to support handheld and airborne cutting.

    ● Wide range of applications: rubber, vulcanized latex, non-vulcanized latex, food and various textile materials, and plastic sheets can also be ultrasonically cut.
