    Short Description

    Ultrasonic cutting is completely different from traditional cutting. The ultrasonic cutting machine uses the energy of ultrasonic waves to melt the local heating of the material to be cut, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting the material.

    The characteristics of the ultrasonic cutting knife do not require sharp edges, do not require great pressure, and do not cause the cutting material to break or crack. The cutting blade is subjected to ultrasonic vibration, and the friction resistance is particularly small, and the cut material is not easy to adhere to the blade. It is particularly effective for frozen, sticky and elastic materials, food, rubber or inconvenient objects. While cutting, the cutting part has fusion. The scope of use of the ultrasonic cutting knife can also be expanded, such as digging holes, shoveling, scraping paint, carving, longitudinal cutting, etc.
