    Short Description

Biological Ultrasonic Cell Fragmentation, also known as ultrasonic microwave synergistic extraction instrument, ultrasonic cell lysis instrument, and ultrasonic nano material pulverizer. Biological Ultrasonic Cell Fragmentation consists of two main parts: an ultrasonic generator and a transducer (some are equipped with soundproof boxes).

Biological Ultrasonic Cell Fragmentation is a device that converts electrical energy into sound energy through a transducer. This energy is then transformed into dense small bubbles through a liquid medium, which quickly explode and produce energy similar to small bombs, thereby breaking down cells and other substances.

    details

    Principle

Ultrasonic cell disruptor utilizes the dispersion effect of ultrasound in liquid to generate cavitation, thereby breaking solid particles or cell tissues in the liquid. The ultrasonic cell disruptor consists of two main parts: an ultrasonic generator and a transducer. The ultrasonic generator converts the mains electricity into alternating 20KHz, 25KHz, or 40KHz electrical energy and supplies it to the transducer. The barium zirconate titanate piezoelectric oscillator is the heart of a transducer, which undergoes elastic deformation at frequencies of 20KHz, 25KHz, or 40KHz with alternating voltage, causing longitudinal mechanical vibration of the transducer. The vibration wave generates cavitation effect through a titanium alloy amplitude rod immersed in a biological solution, exciting the biological particles in the medium to vibrate violently.

    Advantages

    1. Efficient and convenient: The cavitation effect brings high temperature (about 4500 ℃) and high pressure (about 50MPa) at the molecular level, producing rapid effects in an instant

    2. Wide range of applications: Processing capacities ranging from a few milliliters in the laboratory to several tons in industrial production can be effectively achieved

    3. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free: The entire process does not require the addition of other chemical components, improving production efficiency while effectively reducing chemical pollution
